Talking rubbish bins!

Large waste bins were constructed by RfR committee member & artist Nick, for use at the Luminous Festival.  They were made from discarded solar panels and used removable bale bags. Each bin had electronic sensing apparatus and a loud speaker with various phrases that were pre-recorded to encourage responsible waste handling.
